Emphasis is placed on critical evaluation of research, individualized nutrition assessment, body composition analysis, and the development of structured nutrition interventions aligned with performance goals and professional scope of practice.

This course examines advanced psychological theories and applied behavior change strategies within exercise and human performance environments.
